VIP Crowd Employee Spotlight: Sarah Joiner

How did you end up working in your field and at VIP Crowd?

My career path is not well worn, nor does it have subtle bends. One constant theme has been customer service. From serving at a diner to software sales, I’ve always been working towards the most efficient way to help others.

What is your favorite part about working at VIP Crowd?

We’re a small team. And we are mighty. My colleagues are constantly wowing me with their insight and skill—they make VIP Crowd a wonderful place to work.

Tell us about your role at VIP Crowd.

My specialty at VIP Crowd is working with organizations to determine if and how our customer advisory hub can improve customer engagement.

What is your favorite thing to do outside of work?

Outside of work you will find me cooking great food, singing to myself and loving my family and friends.

What is one of the coolest things you’ve ever experienced?

On our honeymoon, my husband and I found the red door my brother-in-law told us about down an alley in Sevilla. We walked in to find an empty anteroom and another door into a courtyard. There were people milling about, but the action was further in. We bought some drinks and found a spot at some long picnic tables. By nine o’clock, it was getting harder to make your way to get a cocktail at the bar. A guitarist started slowly plucking away—quite well. And a dancer joined in and another dancer. As far as I know, no three people have ever created a deeper, more somber, and more joyous sound.
